Jan PAK Obituary

PAK, Jan On Thursday 23rd January 2014 peacefully at North Shore Hospice, surrounded by family. Aged 80 years.Dearly loved husband for 55 years of Irena. Much loved Tata of Michal and Susan; Kazimierz and Paula; Wandzia and Janek; Jan and Kimm; and Marian. Loved Dziadzio and Poppa of Joshua, Renee, and Kristen; Alex; Zosia, Ella, and Nina; Gloria; and Benjamin. A Requiem Mass will be celebrated at St.Mary's Catholic Church 117 Onewa Road Northcote on Wednesday 29th January at 11a.m. followed by burial at Waikumete Cemetery. No flowers by request but donations to Hospice North Shore P.O.Box 33-1129 Takapuna 0740 would be appreciated and may be left at the service.

I know for certain that we never lose the people we love, even to death. They continue to participate in every act, thought and decision we make. Their love leaves an indelible imprint in our memories. We find comfort in knowing that our lives have been enriched by having shared their love. Rest in peace
