Jan KLEYN Obituary
KLEYN, Jan Hendrik Antoon (Hank). In his own home in Mount Maunganui, surrounded by his loving and caring family, on Saturday 29th November 2025 aged 93 years. Dearly loved husband of Gemma and the late Sonja. Loved and respected father and father in law, and Opa to his children, stepson, grandchildren and great grandchildren, and loving brother and friend of Gerry and Linda. A service for Hank will be held at the Mount Harbour Chapel, corner of Tawa Street and Puriri Street Mount Maunganui on Thursday 4th December at 1pm. Farewell neighbour HANK. You were always friendly, helpful and a keen cook with my BBQ back in our Benalder Crescent Tokoroa days. I know you were a proud supportive husband, father who greatly enjoyed living in the Mount after retiring from that hectic Kinleith pulp mill.
It has been a privilege to have known one life's good people. Rest in peace with a smile to a life lived well. regards Gary O'Keeffe
