Jan EVES Obituary

EVES, Jan (nee Lane) Passed suddenly on Friday 28 November 2014 at North Shore Hospital. Dearly loved mother and mother-in-law of Tracy and Trevor, Cara and Kevin. Much loved nana of Logan, Caleb, Holly, Dana and Brynn. Dearly loved partner of Carl. A service for Jan will be held at the North Harbour Chapel of Dil's Funeral Services, 185 Schnapper Rock Road, Albany on Friday 5 December at 12.30pm followed by private cremation.
