PARKER, James Vincent (James). Passed away 18 September 2020 in Vancouver, Canada. Taken too soon, aged 30 years. Much loved husband of Rachel. Deeply loved brother of Cameron and much loved son of Ross and Anne. Nephew to Ashton, Vivien, David, Peter, Mary and Kathie. Dearly loved grandson of Doreen and John (Deceased) and Johanna and Nick (Deceased). You will be forever in our hearts.
