MURPHY, James Terence (Terry). Aged 73 years (from Katikati). Terry passed away peacefully on Wednesday 3rd August 2022. Loving husband of Christine (Murf) for 54 years. Son of the late Jim and Bette of Naenae. Much loved father of Rob and Lisa Murphy (Auckland), Nic and Marty Cottington (Perth), Julie and Wayne Parker (Taupo). Very special Poppa to Renee, Brieana, Maddy, Quinn, Jack, Jayden and Ben. Brother of Michael and the late Peter. Friend and mentor to many. Terry had a huge heart that has left a huge hole. A service to celebrate Terry's life will be held at Tauranga Park, 383 Pyes Pa Road, Tauranga on Tuesday 16 August 2022 at 2.30 pm.
