James MC LAUGHLIN Obituary

Mc LAUGHLIN, James Thomas. (Jim). Passed away peacefully on 20th April 2022 after a short stay at Middlemore, aged 68 years. Devoted human to his cat Octavia. Much loved son of the late Val and Colin. Loved dad of Shaun. Good friend of ex-wife Christine. Loved brother of Allen, Bill, David, Peter and Ann Marie. Loved brother-in-law of Glenda. Loved uncle of Daniel, Nick, Krystal, Ann-Marie, Roy, Michael, Jamie, Andrew, Richard, Chris, Shayne and Josh. Great friend of Gerald, Andrew, Larry and the late, Sue. Many thanks to the wonderful staff at Bupa Parkhaven for taking such great care of Jim, especially to Glenys, Debbie, Tarn and Dolly the cat. A service will be held at 1pm Wednesday 27th April at Manukau Memorial Gardens, 361 Puhinui Road, Papatoetoe. Anyone who knew Jim is welcome, though Shaun especially hopes to see Jim's work mates from Telecom, Downer and Auckland Motors.
