James MACFARLANE Obituary

MACFARLANE, James Andrew On 23 April 2016, peacefully at Hospice North Shore with family by his side, in his 37th year. Much loved son of Campbell and Maureen; loved brother of Lisa, and Nic. The family would like to thank the doctors, nurses and staff of Hospice North Shore for their wonderful care of James. Please join us for a celebration of James' life at the North Harbour Chapel of Dil's Funeral Service, 185 Schnapper Rock Road, Albany on Wednesday 27 April at 3.00pm, followed by private cremation.

Two Years ago I was in Melbourne for BMW training. it was my Birthday we had dinner with other bmw employees. I meet the only other kiwi in our group and we got along instantly teasing the ausie boys. we all sat down and watched game 1 of state or origin. James brought me a beer. he was a awesome. I found out a salesmen from my work went to school with him. Told me to call Dane Danero, wow! the shock on Danes face to hear an old high school name he hadn't herd in years. I told him I met James and he laughed. It was a honoured to have meet you James. RIP brother!
