James LAURENSON Obituary

LAURENSON, James John (Jimmy) JP Retired. On the 4th of August 2022, peacefully at St Andrew's Village Glendowie, aged 94 years, loved husband of Joy for 62 years and dearly loved father and father-in-law of Louanne and Ron and Kirsten, Poppy to Elizabeth, James, and Lewis and Pops to Isla. A keen fisherman, justice of the peace for 36 years, and a wonderful family man who will be forever remembered. A massive thank you to Jill for all the love, care, friendship, help, and support that she has given, especially over the last few years. Dad your guiding hand on my shoulder will remain with me forever. Miss you heaps Louanne XXXXXXX. A celebration of Jimmy's life will be held at the Eastern Bays Chapel, Morrisons Funeral Home, 79 Line Road, Glen Innes, at 11am, Tuesday 16 August, followed by private cremation.
