James HUTT Obituary

Hutt, James Joseph (Joe). Hutt, James Joseph, passed away suddenly, the day after his 86th birthday, 22 October 2025, after an extended bout of influenza. Joe, aka Joey, was a legend: multi-talented, super intelligent, gifted with technology and engineering skills. He was much loved, and though gone will never be forgotten. Sadly missed and mourned by sons Warren, Jason and Lionel, sister Katie, brothers Johnny, Patrick and Paul, sisters in law Su, Shona, Lorraine, and Diana, Jason's partner Analyn, and many nieces, nephews and grandchildren. Also by his partner of 21 years, Liz, and his UK family. Grateful thanks to the 111 dispatcher, ambulance workers and police sergeants, and to Legacy Funeral Services, for their speedy support. Thanks to all family and friends for their condolences. It was Joe's express wish for a private cremation.
