James CHURCH Obituary

CHURCH, James Escott (Jim) On 21st February 2014 peacefully at home in Maureen's arms, aged 90 years. Adored husband of Maureen (Mause) and the late Pamela (Pam). Loved father of James, John and Phillipa, loved grandfather of Jamie, Emma, Lucy, Amanda, Pamela, Olivia, great grandfather of James, Olivia and Sophie. A service to Celebrate Jim's life will be held at St. Peters Anglican Church, 11 Killarney Street, Takapuna at 11am on Thursday 27th February to be followed by private family cremation. Donations in lieu of flowers to Hospice North Shore, PO Box 331129 Takapuna 0740 would be appreciated.

Maureen and Family. My deepest sympathy on Jim's passing. Jim was one of the original Doctors of the Wednesday Doctors at the North Shore GC and a very fine player. I have many special memories of him at the Golf Club.
