Pop Pop,
The family is just not the same without you. You were the crazy glue that held us together. Tell everyone I said hello and give hugs and kisses and take two for yourself.

Dear Agnes and Family,
Your Father was a very inspiring man. I have watched him during the last 4 years or so at the Ripple Center playing various tossing games and invariably scoring among the top players or winning the game. Last year he danced with me at their Prom and I would have never guessed that he was 93 years old (young). He was a wonderful gentleman and it was only recently that I noticed that he was less active than before; yet peaceful with a ready smile. I will miss seeing him whenever I visit the Ripple Center in the future and will keep his soul in my prayers. He has left many special memories for you and the family to cherish. May God walk beside you as you travel this time of sorrow.

Grandpop James, my heart is so heavy! Where do I began? I want to 1st say I love you & thank you for always being you. I met you when I was just a little girl. Although you already had many kids & grandkids you had enough love in your heart to accept my siblings & I as your own grandchildren as well! You have always been a strong man! As I think back I can remember sitting at your house & watching you roll your cigarettes & just be in awe of you for still bein capable of doing that for yourself! I can think back a little futher to your brown car & you driving to Tidewater Pharmacy or where ever else you wanted to go. If I said "Hey how you doing" you'd always say "Oh fair"! You have shown so many of us that age is just a number. You remained so strong & independant for so long. Noone could of told me that Friday 2/11/11 would of been your last day here on earth with us all. Your spirit left this old world and home with the lord & so many that have gone before you! I think back through the years & I was blessed with this strong man being my Grandpop not cause you had to but because you wanted to! I'm thankful you were with me & my family at my wedding & sitting front & center at the bridal/family table. I don't think blood would make my heart love you anymore than I already do! I thank you for My Stepfather Mark who is my Dad. You have raised 15 kids and it's gonna be hard for them all. I promise that we will love and take care of your baby boy Mark just as he has loved & taken care of us. I pray that you can Rest in Peace knowing that! Grandpop you will never be forgotten! You will remain in my heart! I know by now you have made your rounds & you & My Granddaddy Buck probably sitting together again just like you two did at Ripple! I miss you both so much. I love you Grandpop! X0X0's
