Jacqueline Brunt Obituary

BRUNT, Jacqueline Margaret (Jackie). On 2 January 2011peacefully at Auckland Hospital surrounded by family aged 66 years. Dearly loved wife of John for 45 years. Much loved mother and mother-in-law of Lynley and Dean, Tony and Angela, Dave and Rachael. Loved Nana Jack of Hannah, Abby, Jordyn, Nathan, Amy. Dearly loved daughter of Maggie Pitt and loved sister and sister-in-law to Geraldine and Gary Parker. A special thanks to the staff of the Liver Unit Ward 71, Auckland Hospital for their expert care. A service for Jackie will be held at Hamilton Park Crematorium Chapel, Morrinsville Road, Newstead, Hamilton, on Friday, 7 January 2011 at 1:30pm followed by private cremation. BRUNT, Jacqueline Margaret (Jackie). The Disability Resource Centre (DRC), Auckland staff and Board are very sorry to have lost a treasured and loyal staff member in Jackie Brunt.Jackie was the DRC Finance Manager for the past 7 years and passed away on the 2 January. We remember Jackie very fondly for her vibrant personality, keen sense of humour and genuine care for our customers. She will be widely missed by the staff, Board and wider community. Our deepest sympathy goes to the family.

Beloved daughter of Maggie and the late Geoff (PITT), beloved sister and sister-in- law of Geraldine and Gary Parker and fun Aunt to Christopher, Catherine, Jennifer and Alison. Rest in Peace Jacks.
