Jacob EASON Obituary

EASON, Jacob Edward. Jacob passed away peacefully on the 9th of July 2024 in Hospice Waikato after four years of loving care at Aspire Community Support, Hamilton, aged 36 years. A very much loved son of Mary-Ann and Anthony and a brave and inspiring brother to Luke, Adam, Tim and Mitch. An adored Grandson of Grandma. A prayer service to honour Jacob's life is to be held at St Peter's Catholic Church, 21 Anzac Street Cambridge on Saturday 13th of July 2024 at 1:00pm. In lieu of flowers, donations to Hospice Waikato would be appreciated.

Hi Mary-Ann, Anthony, and family,
I was a carer for Jake over the summer of, I think, 2016-2017. I really enjoyed spending time with Jake and remember him as a gentle person, kind, generous, and with a sense of fun. I have often wondered how he was doing and I was very sorry to hear he has passed away. I am praying for you as you navigate his loss.
