YATES, Jack Rossiter. On Saturday 22 May, 2021, peacefully at home aged 91 following a short illness. Your zest for life was universal. Loved son of the late Eric Yates, and Freda Wright. Devoted husband to Karen and the late Valmai. Cherished father and father- in-law of Simon and Pauline, Nicholas and Bridget, Jeremy and Sue, and stepfather to Lauren, loving grandfather to Georgina, Ashleigh, Timothy, Jane, and Erik (Sam). Proud great grandfather to Sienna, Phoebe, Miles, Thea, Tilly, and Daisy. A celebration of Jack's life will be held at St Mary's in Holy Trinity Cathedral, 446 Parnell Road, Parnell on Thursday 27 May at 1.00pm

Judy Bedford watched the service on livestream from Feilding. Sorry I couldn't be there, but thanks to the people who arranged the streaming.

A wonderful service and venue, really honouring Jack-what an active interesting man! And I look forward to seeing the book which must have been a great project for him and Karen to work on.
