Jack DYNES Obituary
DYNES, Jack Hocking. 24th Battalion No. 447221 On 6th April 2018, peacefully, in his 95th year. Much loved father of Julie and Rod, Jeani and Andrew; loved brother of Betty. Beloved Poppa to Rachael and Campbell; Rebecca and Craig; Dana and Raven. Cherished Poppa Jack to Lochlan, Conal, Josh, Luca and Drew. A service to celebrate Jack's life to be held at The North Harbour Chapel, of Dil's Funeral Services, 185 Schnapper Rock Road, on Wednesday 11th April at 10.30 am, followed by a private cremation.

Jack was a very good friend and work mate of my father, Norm Pelvin. I remember him when I was a child in Tauranga not long after he returned from the war. I know Dad would want me to pass on his condolences to Jack's family. They were very good friends in Hamilton too when they were in the Dept of Labour there. My thoughts are with you all.
