COOK, Jack. Passed away peacefully, aged 100. Dearly loved husband of the late May. Beloved father of Beverley, Pamela and Christine. A funeral service for Jack will be held on Tuesday the 19th of March at 2pm, in the Garden Chapel of the Morrisons Funeral Home, 220 Universal Drive, Henderson.
