CAMPBELL, Jack. Passed away peacefully January 27th 2019 aged 74, after a long illness. Dearly loved and loving husband of Delma. Much loved father and father-in-law of David and Jane, Michael and Nicole, and Nicholas. Proud Poppa Jack of Joshua, Amelia, Nathan and Hayley. Our grateful thanks to the wonderful staff at Ambridge Rose Manor Hospital. A service for Jack will be held at the Pakuranga Chapel of Davis Funerals, 2A Udys Road, Pakuranga on Friday the 1st February at 10.30am. Forever in our hearts.
