Isobel JONES Obituary

JONES, Isobel Mary (nee Pattillo). Born September 06, 1932. Passed away on September 02, 2018. Passed away peacefully at North Shore Hospital after a brief and bravely fought battle with cancer. Dearly loved wife of the late Ron. Mother and Mother in law of Carolyne and John and the late Grant, Alan and Julie and Rick and Pam. Loved Grandmother of Stephen, Mark and Nikki. Much loved and loving Great Grandmother to Charlie, Mack and Gracie. Mum has gone home to be with Dad, her Mum and Da' and brothers Evan and Owen. To live on in the hearts we leave behind is not to die. Rest in peace Mum, we are missing you so much already. A very special thanks to the doctors and nursing staff at north shore hospital for their loving care and comfort they showed Mum in her final days. In following with Mum's wishes a private ceremony has been held.

Thanks Aunty Is for all the memories. For following our paths in life growing up and being so supportive and proud of us all. Your laughter and beautiful smile we will treasure when thinking of you. Dad thought the sun shined out of you and Mum treasured your friendship.
I am so glad we spent time with you this year when Dad passed. Your presence made us feel so much closer to him. May your light keep on shining with all those who will be celebrating your return to them.
