I apologize for sending this message years later. My name is Annie Simpkins and I was born Anne Morris. My parents were Norman and Sheila Morris from London. My father worked for Hugh Watt when he was High Commissioner in London and my mother and father became friends with Frances - although I remember them calling her "Francie". After Hugh died she came back to London and stayed with my parents in their house in Hillingdon.
Sadly now both my parents have passed away but I will be visiting New Zealand for the next 2 weeks and I am looking up friends, houses, offices, schools etc from when my parents and my older sister lived in Seytoun in Wellington in 1956 and 1957.
I am visiting Auckland next week and Wellington the following weekend.
My contact information is [email protected] and my cell is +1 202 600 5586.
I remember your mother fondly from my teenage years.

Mum - Our hearts never felt so much pain when you left us 1 year ago to-day.
We feel your presence around us and still adjusting to life without you - know you will always be in our hearts as we know you will be watching over us.

Mum, 8th February has passed as it would have been your 96th Birthday we chose that day to scatter your Ashes. We located Barbara and Dad's grave so put some ashes with them and then found Rennie Hopkin's so put some by his headstone and then scattered them in the rose garden at Purewa.
It was a sad moment as we realised that was your final wish.
On Sunday Chris and I went to Pukekohe Cemetery and located Nana and Poppa Hopkins Plot.
Always in our thoughts

DEAR NANA/GRANDMA
You made it to 95years, even though you kept telling us you were ready to go to Heaven. We kept telling you "If you do go to Heaven, don't do it on our Shift". So thankyou Nana/Grandma for not passing away on our shift. You will be greatly missed. Love from Stephen, Ann & karla
