GAVIN, Irene Hewetson. On 28th March 2026 peacefully at home with her family at her side, aged 88. Dearly beloved wife and best friend of John. Cherished mother of Adrienne, Raewyn, Claire, and Scott. Loved mother-in-law of Dewayne, Brett, Graham, and Judith. Treasured Nana of Laura, Demia, and Riley; Heather, John, and Bronwyn; Sophie, Isla, and Rosie; Tavish, Connor, and Daisy. Loved great-grandmother of James. Teacher, gardener, and friend to all. The music to our lives and the laughter in our hearts. The kindest, the best. Private family gathering by request.
