Ian SHUTT Obituary

SHUTT, Ian Maurice. Born June 22, 1936. Formerly of Kaitaia. Passed away on 28 January 2021 in Auckland. Dearly loved son of the late Bob and Rose Shutt. Much loved brother and brother-in-law of Harry and Norma (deceased), Brian (deceased) and June, John and Briar. Ian will be remembered with love by all his nieces and nephews. The family wish to take this opportunity to thank the staff at Alexandra Lodge Rest Home for their affectionate care and support while Ian was in their care. At Ian's request a private cremation will be held. A memorial service to follow when circumstances permit.

I want to express my sadness at learning of Uncle Ian's passing. Ian was always a very kind person towards me. Likewise, Ian always enjoyed helping others. I will have many fond memories of him and Ian will be missed.

My thoughts are also with John, Briar and family at this difficult time. Thank you for caring and supporting Ian especially in his latter years.

I was saddened to hear of Uncle Ian's sudden passing. May he rest in peace.
I would like to acknowledge John, Briar, Lisa, Stuart and Margo for all of their care and support they have given Ian over the years. Thank you all for the love and devotion your family has shared with Ian.When loved one becomes a memory the memory becomes a treasure an will never part.
My thanks also go out to Staff and Residence of the Alexander Lodge for their care and friendship given to Ian while in their care over the latter years.
