PATTERSON, Ian Murray (Murray). 11 January 1941 - 16 December 2023. Dearly loved husband of Sharon, father of Eldon and Sarah, Darryn and Denise, Rosalind and Michael Ellis. Treasured Grand Dad to Rhys, Rebecca, Tori, Nicole, William, Thurston, Althea and Sullivan. Funeral service will be held at 3pm, Tuesday 19 December at Gary Pickering's Funeral Home, Kuripuni, Masterton, followed by a service and burial at Mangere Lawn Cemetery, 85 McKenzie Road, Mangere, Auckland on Thursday 21 December at 1pm. Forever in our hearts. Funerals throughout New Zealand

Deepest sympathy to Sharon Darryn Denise and children also Eldon and Rosalind and your families on the passing of your husband and Dad Murray, lovely we got to meet you all in 2010 at Darryn and Denise's wedding, we had the opportunity to listen to the service last night which was very nice, thinking of you all at this sad difficult time, Mervyn and Deborah Wilson and family Ireland.

So sorry to hear of Murray passing away. He was such a lovely man. We met at Petone station waiting for the Wairarapa express a few years ago and got to know each other well.
