Hello Glenis and family - I was shocked to learn of Ian's passing just now (April 6, 2025), by way of his obituary. My condolences to all of you. Ian was fine man who helped me out when asked.

So sorry to hear of the passing of dear Ian. He was a giant in our community, especially in Papatoetoe. Ian was always kind and generous and always greeted me with warmth. Ian was a role model for all of us, a man I respected and looked up to. My sincere condolences to his lovely wife Glenis and their entire whanau. Moe mai ra e te rangatira.
