Gwyn MARSHALL Obituary

MARSHALL, Gwyn Marion. Born 18 December, 1925. Passed away peacefully at home, October 31, 2025. A dearly loved wife of the late Tony. Much loved mother of the late Keith, Marion and the late Claire. Adored nana of Ross, Debbie and Joel. In accordance with Gwyn's wishes, a private cremation has been held. A proud descendant of the first British Grahams Beach Settlers. Sadly missed and lovingly remembered by us all.

Our condolences to Marion and family. Will miss popping in for a cuppa with Gwyn and hearing all the stories of the area and her life at Grahams Beach. Always amazed how she knew it was me, walking up the steps, before she saw me? She always said.? Is that you Terry? Yip. I'll put the jug on. Amazing. Sadly missed, Terry and Robin.

I remember Gwyn as a kind lady. We met through the Awhitu golf club. Gwyn was near the end of her playing days and I at the start of mine.
Enjoyed playing with her.
I have her yummy Date loaf recipe (in her handwriting) in my recipe book.
