MASON, Ian Gordon (Ian). Born February 22, 1946. Died April 02, 2024. Treasured husband of Aubrey. Incredible father to Dominique, Danielle, Joshua and Tesshka. Super-special grumps/grandad to Hazel, Quinn, Lukas, Lucia, Zoe, Izzy and Isaac. Cherished brother to John David, Sue, Ann, Tamar and Trish. Beloved uncle to Amanda, Zara, Karla, Brenna and Shannon. Amazing friend, teacher, listening ear and rock to so many. Instate at home, 64 Spring St Onehunga. Farewell at 12noon, Tues 09 April, Purewa Cemetery All Saints Chapel, 100/102 Saint Johns Rd, Meadowbank, AK.

To my best friend Ian, A wonderful companion from schooldays. Despite many times searching I couldn't track him down in recent years. I would love to be with you all tomorrow to honour the memory of one of the best humans I have Love to Dominique, Danielle and John David who I knew 60 years ago. So sad to have missed Ianie.
