Ian for some reason I have been thinking of you for the last few days and it's only just now that in have found out that you have passed away. You were a good friend and I regret not seeing more of you in last few years. Rest in peace.

So many memories Ian; I remember when we met, I was 18, you were 20, brought along to our international party. You arrived in a kilt, with red-painted ping-pong balls under your sporran. That was 36 years ago. Seems a lot less than that. You're one of life's good guys; so kind, a damn good friend, a sounding board, co-conspirator, foodie, practical joker, drinking buddy and the brother I wish I had. So many memories. Thank you my friend for being in my life. After everything you've been through I wish you a well-earned rest. Bet you can breathe just fine now.
