My deepest sincere sympathy to you all. Ian assisted with my purchases of Cottle Hill, what a lovely, wonderful gentleman. I am currently working in Dubai, and I hoped to speak with Ian again, once I returned, I know how heartfelt he was with the protection of the community. May God rest his soul and peace with him. Love Sylvia xx

Beren and Family. I am devastated by Ian's untimely death. I have been a client and friend for many years and regarded Ian as the most unstinting, generous community person that I have worked with. Thankfully I have had the opportunity to tell him that on various occasions He will be greatly missed by the Kerikeri community - our Retirement Village will remain a very prominent example of his efforts My thoughts are with you all at this sad time

My deepest sympathy to Beren and Family and to my cousin Lorraine. This is far too soon to loose Ian. I know it must have been a terrible shock to you all as it was to us.
I haven't seen Ian for many years but remember him as a beautiful young man with lovely auburn hair. He was also tall, unusual for the Knox family! He was someone that walked in goodwill and decency and over the years I heard of his successes and family. He is someone to be proud of as he has left a legacy good memories and guidance that will never leave you.
To Beren, I can only imagine your feelings and sense of loss. May your family and loved ones bring you comfort.
I am Susan Knox, the youngest cousin of the Knox clan. My thoughts are with you. And to Lorraine, I promise to keep in touch.
