We were very saddened to read of the loss of Ian. A fathers influence runs deep in the hearts of future generations. He must have been a very lovely man to have created a family like yours.

A man with true vision,compassion,humour who lived life to the full- Ian touched so many people's lives offering a helping hand, wisdom and always with a smile. A legend in his own time. Great memories going back to 1971, fondly remembered by Sharon, Damian & Karsha Johansen.

Hopper Ian (IB) To the family of Ian, We wish to extend our deepest sympathy for your very sad loss. Treasured are the wonderful memories that so many of us have because of the Hopper Vision to achieve a holiday destination unlike any other in the world and for some Pauanui became home. I remember the graders levelling the land, Ian behind the wheel, the sales office on the edge of the air-field no-one knew the magnitude of the Vision. Rest In Peace Ian, thank you for the stimulating conversations, new dreams and hopes now lie in the hearts of your family.

To all the family and Catherine a sad loss. Uncle Ian was a big part of my younger days. We had so much fun and laughs and treasured memories of days gone by.

HOPPER, Ian Beverley (I.B.) Cherished friend for 54 years. Passed away 13 January 2016. Too many happy memories to ever forget. A true legend and the end of an era. Our thoughts are with Catherine and the family. Love, Vivienne and Barry Wilson and family.
