Tracey ~ I am so sorry to hear about your father's passing. My husband Ken and I enjoyed his wit and humor when we lived in Ft. Myers. We spent quite a bit of time with he, Annie and Amilia. Your dad even came to visit us in CO. He was a joyful soul.
Midge Toomey (my first husband who Ian knew passed away in 2003).

Ian and I were class mates at Nelson Intermediate, then work mates at the IRD. I remember the party times best. Three score years and 10 doesn't seem fair, and is a reminder to live each day, that's for sure! Rock on, Ian!

I am saddened to hear of Ian's passing. When I started work at Inland Revenue in Nelson late in 1962, Ian was "the man". He inspired me, and not in all things "good", but I looked up to him and we had so much fun for the more than 2 years we knocked around together until I went to Wellington. Ian, I can never forget you and what you meant to me in those young days. Tonight I played "Abilene" in your memory. Rest in peace and I salute you.
