You had the heartiest of laughs and a scolding tongue to match.
It was great catching up with you in Brisbane a few years ago, when you were trying to cross a four lane, one way traffic road. I spotted you. I said "sir, cross at the lights 50 metres down the road, your not fast enough."
But you were thinking, I can do this.
To Verla and family, sending lots of aroha at the sad time.
