Robyn and family,

Ian is a special person to many of us individually but greatly special to ISANANZ. Ian's generosity, passion and fullness of spirit significantly impacted the establishment and development of ISANA NZ. He will remain great in our memory and History. His like-minded passion for the welfare and well-being of International students is an inspiring legacy. We will miss him but not forget him and although our loss is insignificant in proportion to yours today we pause to reflect and say our thoughts and prayers are with you in the days ahead.
Personally and on behalf of ISANA NZ

I'm sad to hear this news. I had the pleasure of working with Ian around the turn of the century. He was a great friend of international students and ISANA. His leadership, passion and determination that students in need get the best of care was inspirational. He will be remembered with gratitude and fondness.
