Ian Armstrong Obituary

ARMSTRONG, Ian Harold. Peacefully at home (surrounded by his loving family), on 31 July 2011; aged 80 years. Adored husband of Narlyn and loving father of Martin and Alissa, Cherie, Jill and Mike, Donna and Brent, Jon, Virginia and Spike. Loving Poppa of 14 grandchildren and 4 great- grandchildren. A celebration of Ian's life will be held at St Andrew's By The Sea Community Church, Albert St, Whitianga, tomorrow, (Wednesday) 3 August at 1pm, followed by interment at Mercury Bay Cemetery, Ferry Landing. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Mercury Bay Cancer Support Group, would be appreciated and may be left at the service or posted to C/- Mrs J Edwards, 91 SH 25, Simpsons Beach.
