Iain BIBBY Obituary

BIBBY, Iain Robert. Passed peacefully on the 20th October 2025 at Bernadette Care Home, aged 81 years. Dearly loved husband of Beryl, loving Dad to Sarah and loved Grandad to Alice and Liam. A memorial service to celebrate Iain's life will held at Legacy Papamoa, 53 Te Okuroa Drive, Papamoa on Wednesday 29th October at 10:30am. Iain and I were keen and concerned cyclists, tho 'bikers' is better! We explored all around the cycle link between the end of Te Araroa road and the Kaituna Bridge before it was pushed through past 'Pond G'.
and many other adventures, my sort of chap looking to improve and advance Recreational facilities in Papamoa.
And when our 1,000 bikers and wheeled users Demonstration took place at the bayfair underpass Iain and I counted the 1,000 demonstrating 'People power attendees - and yes we got it!
Always fun and keen to give it a go so ...Iain we're missing you already. Thank you for your good humour and ready smile.
Iain, Rest in Peace and thank you mate.
