Horace HARTNETT Obituary

HARTNETT, Horace. Taken suddenly on the 21st November 2022, aged 54. Much loved husband to Lisa and father to Gabrielle and Luc. Hugely respected and much loved by everyone who knew him. A service to celebrate the life of Horace will be held at 12:30pm on the 2nd December 2022 at Morrisons Funeral Home, 220 Universal Drive, Henderson. Horace will then travel with his whanau to his place of rest near Temuka. All communications to [email protected] or 19 Katrina Place, Massey.

We didn't know you very well, Lisa and Horace, but John and Horace were going through cancer treatment at the same time, and our paths crossed at North Shore Hospital in 2019. Sadly, John lost his battle, but it was good to see Horace with a new lease on life. I recall your visits to the hospital, so totally random and appreciated, when you hardly knew us. From what I have read from Facebook posts by others this generosity and care for people was a hallmark of both your lives. You will always be part of our journey.
