Helen LILEY Obituary

LILEY, Helen Mary (nee Papps). Born 9 August 1934. Died 1 June 2013. Passed away peacefully at her home in Rotorua on a lovely warm winters day in her 79th year. Dearly loved wife and best friend of Harry. Much loved and special mother and mother-in-law of Mary Ann and Malcolm, Jane and Nick, and Matthew and Emma. A wonderful and very proud Grandma of Emma, Lauren, Tom, Ellie, Lewis, Finn and Kate. She will be greatly missed A special thanks to Dr. Neil Poskitt, Georgina Emery and the hospice staff for their care, support and compassion which enabled Helen to stay at home for the last few months of her life. The funeral service for Helen will be held in St Luke's Anglican Church, Pukuatua Street, Rotorua on Wednesday (June 5) at 2:00pm and will be followed by a private cremation.
