always remember the words of the dash, the importance of the time between date of birth and date you passed to the other side, and all those you have influenced and supported.
Death is nothing at all.
I have only slipped away into the next room,
I am I and you are you,
Whatever we were to each other, that we still are.
Call me by my old familiar name,
Speak to me in the easy way which you always used,
Put no difference in your tone,
Wear no forced air of solemnity or sorrow,
Laugh as we always laughed,
At the little jokes we enjoyed together.
Let my name be ever the household word that it always was.
Let it be spoken without effect,
Without the trace of a shadow on it.
Life means all that it ever meant,
It is the same that it ever was.
There is unbroken continuity.
Why should I be out of mind,
Because I am out of sight?
I am waiting for you, for an interval,
Somewhere very near,
Just around the corner, all is well.

To my mum I still can't believe you are gone as I feel you in my heart just as I always have .i am so glad you called me the week before .the bond we have is now stronger than ever and I will use my gifts as you said I should .with you by my side I will follow your light

THOMPSON, Heather Joy. As a result of a tragic accident on Friday March 28, 2014. Dearly loved sister and sister- in-law of Barry and Kay McGilp (Red Beach). Loved and Loving Aunty Joy of Russell and Julieanne McGilp (Massey), and Robyn and John McKay (Brisbane), and their families. Always remembered.
