Hazel Kelly Obituary

KELLY, Hazel. Passed away on 23 July 2011 after a long struggle. Dearly loved mother of Diane, son-in- law Ken and grandsons Dale and Craig. You are free from pain and suffering after a lengthy illness and will be sadly missed. Special thanks to the caring staff of NCU Metlifecare Highlands. A service will be held in St Andrews Presbyterian Church, 11 Vincent Street, Howick on Tuesday 26 July at 2.30pm. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to the Auckland SPCA 0900 997 722, on-line or P.O.Box 43 221 Mangere, Auckland 2153 would be much appreciated or may be left at the service.
