Hazel ARTHUR Obituary

ARTHUR, Hazel Enid (nee Morgan). On December 9 2013, peacefully at Athenree Rest home. In her 94th year. Former wife of the late Dale. Forever loving mother, mother in-law, grandmother and great grandmother. A service to honour Hazel's life will be held at the Waihi Golf Club, corner of old Tauranga Road and Woodlands Road, Waihi on Friday 13 December at 11am. In lieu of flowers donations to Alzheimers NZ, PO Box 5720, Hamilton 3242 would be appreciated or maybe left at the service. Special thanks to the staff at Athenree Rest home for their love and care.
