Harold BURR Obituary

BURR, Harold John. Died peacefully at the age of 95 years at Wilson Carlile Resthome on 5 March 2024. A mighty Kauri has fallen. Husband and intrepid travel mate of Norma for 70 years. Much loved Dad 'HJ', 'Spud' and Harry to many, especially John and Martina, Raymond Noel (deceased), Murray and Kris, Sharryn and Helen, Dianne and Keith, Erin and Jack; Poppa to Katrina and Paul, Melanie and Vaughan, Trent (deceased), John Matthew (deceased), Alexander, Lara, Jack, Garreth and Kait, and Rhys; Groesenpoopie to Caitlyn, Natalie and Cooper. Dad is now kicking up his heels with his Mammy, Norma on the dance floor again. You are welcome to join the family for a memorial of Harold's life on Saturday 9th March at 39a Dinsdale Road, Hamilton at 1.00pm. Thanks to the staff at Wilson Carlile for their special care over the past 6 years.
