PERKINSON, Gwenith Fay (nee Smith). Passed away peacefully 4th January 2026. Loving mother of Steven Robert Smith (dec), David and Charlotte Smith, Gale and Frank Dibben. Loving Grandmother of Dianne and Shaun, Shaun and Rebecca, Cory and Selena and Stacey. Cherished great nan of Haylee and Cody, Levi and Quinn, Lily and Nate. Much respected Auntie to all of her nephews and Nieces. A caring, warm, loving lady to all who were part of her life. As per Fay's request, a private cremation has been held.
