McDONALD, Grant Ian. Passed away suddenly on Monday, 3rd February 2025, at Waikato Hospital, aged 58 years. Loving husband of Veronica, treasured father of Emma, Jacob and Thomas. Loved brother of Andrew (UK). A loving soul and friend to many. A service to celebrate Grant's life will be held at The Founders Chapel of Remembrance, 117 Rickit Street, Taupo, on Tuesday 11th February at 1:00pm, followed by burial at Taupo Lawn Cemetery. Farewell dear Grant. We want to say thank you for all of the amazing memories! You were such a kind, generous soul with a great sense of humour! And you were such a devoted hubby to Veronica and father to Emma, Jacob and Thomas. We will so fondly remember and appreciate the many New Year´s Eves and other times shared in your different homes in Taupo and a visit to Tin Can Bay. Also a trip in your boat on the Great Lake! So grateful that we got to see you just after Christmas. May you now rest in love and peace. Andrew, Julie & Lauren xxx
