Graham MUIR Obituary

MUIR, Graham Leslie. Graham passed away (surrounded by his family) at his home in Tauranga, after a dignified and courageous battle on 5th October, 2014. He was the dearly loved husband of Jeanette, and the most amazing father of Carl and Belinda Muir, Michelle Muir, and Kirsty and Dion Warner, and the best Poppa ever of Bella and Oscar, Billie, and Dylan, Jack, and Brylie. 'May the winds of love blow softly and whisper for you to hear. That we will always love you and forever keep you near.' Special thanks to Dr Rob Shilston and the nurses from Waipuna Hospice. A service to celebrate Graham's life will be held at St James Union Parish Church, Pollen Street, Thames, on Saturday 11th October, at 1pm, followed by private cremation. Yvonne and I are devastated. We had no idea he had been ill. Today a legend has died. A man of drive, dedication, commitment and purpose and a truly honourable man with many admirers and friends of which we are proud to be numbered.
