Graeme SWANSON Obituary

SWANSON, Graeme McGregor (Swanny). On Wednesday 8th December peacefully at home. Dearly loved partner of Robby, father of Cam and JP and father-in-law of Anna. Loved Poppa Swan of Grace, Alex and James. Always the life of the party - now at rest at the 19th. At Graeme's request a private cremation has been held. A celebration of Swanny's life will be held at a later date.
