MAHONEY, Graeme Neville. On Sunday, 1 October 2023, peacefully at home in Whakatane, aged 72 years. Dearly loved husband of Jenny. Much loved father and father in law of Chris, Richard and wife Amanda. Loved brother of Helen (Trisha). Grateful thanks to the Palliative Care team at Whakatane Hospital. A celebration of Graeme's life will be held in St George and St John, 30 Domain Road, Whakatane, on Wednesday, 4 October 2023 at 2pm, followed by private cremation. In lieu of flowers, donations to The Cancer Society would be appreciated, and may be left at the service. Such an awful loss. Uncle Graeme, you will be missed. You are the sole reason I have the passion for computers and programming I have today, thanks to introducing me to that Commodore 64 at a young age. I always loved visiting you as a kid right through to the 40-something I am now. Whakatane (and the world) won't be the same without you.

I wish I could make the service but we have a house full of sick people and the last thing I'd want to do is infect the grieving.

My thoughts go out to Jenny, Chris and Richard. Love to you all and hope to see you soon.
