Graeme HEARD Obituary

HEARD, Graeme David. Passed away peacefully on 10th August, aged 88, surrounded by family. Dearly loved husband of Judith. Cherished father of Derek, Anna and Anthony, father-in- law of Susan, grandfather of Luca, and brother of Anne (deceased) and Michael. Our deepest gratitude to the team at Summerset Karaka and the Community Nurses who provided comfort and wonderful care in Graeme's last days. A private family service will be held.
