Graeme CHRYSTAL Obituary

Hi Sally, I hope you remember me from days of yore - Graeme was my boss many moons ago at OCC. I was so sad to hear the news of his death - why are all the good ones taken too soon? He drove me bonkers sometimes with his last minute approach to work, but he was such fun and taught me so much. I can't imagine how much you and the girls will miss him but rest assured he was a dearly loved friend and colleague to many of us. With all my love, Liz Reader xxx

I had worked with Graeme a few times on projects in the USA, and rapidly came to respect and like him. He was smart, kind, and funny and he will be greatly missed.

Dear Sally, Allie and Zoe. So many people around the world have shared your sadness over the past few weeks. Graeme was truly an exceptional and wonderful man. I hope you find some comfort in learning of the impact he had by giving kindness, wisdom and encouragement so generously. You can certainly be proud of him, as he was of you all xxx

It speaks volumes for the regard in which I held Graeme that a year or so after having left his company, I rejoined. His supportive and generous nature made it a pleasure to work with him.

I've only had the pleasure of knowing Graeme for a few years, but in that short time - I got to know what a great guy and family man he was; I got to meet you all in the snow Jan 2103; I got to show him how to get the Jag up the hill by sitting in the boot of the car; we got to work together and spend some time travelling at the end of last year here in the States. The news was shocking to me but he was truly one of a kind and he's left everyone he touched with special memories to cherish. My sincerest condolences and heartfelt sympathies to you and the family.

Sally, Allie and Zoe. There are no words to describe the loss of Graeme. He was an inspiration to me both within and outside business, and I will miss his generosity of spirit deeply. You will gain strength from knowing that many many people hold a special place in their hearts for Graeme.

Graeme was instrumental in helping me become the person that I am today. During the 9 years I worked with/for him I grew in so many ways and always with his encouragement and support.

I will miss him dearly and send all my love and support to Sally and the girls.
