Grace O'CONNOR Obituary
O'CONNOR, Grace Selene (Pookie). Passed away unexpectedly at home on Sunday 28th October 2018, aged 20 years. Most beloved and treasured daughter of Clayton and Michelle. Much loved younger sister of Cameron and adored older sister of Blake and Daniel. Our hearts are left utterly broken with the loss of our precious Grace. According to her family's wishes a private service for Grace will be held.
