Govey WICKLIFFE Obituary

WICKLIFFE, Govey Te Kawana. 25 January 1947 to 17 October 2015. Passed away peacefully at home with his family by his side. Son of Te Autiti Wikiriwhi and Kahukura Hemopo Wikiriwhi. Loving husband of 34 years to Kahu Wickliffe (Newton). Father of John, Kahu Jnr (deceased), Govey Jnr and Sophia. Loved Koro to Bernard, Emily, Colin, Carl, Riana, Faith and Simon, Jae Jae, Te Paea Moana (deceased), Shyan and Paora. Father in law to Kiriana, Terry and Pam. Loved brother of his siblings. Son in law of Richard (deceased) and Hilda Newton (deceased). Loved brother in law of Kahu's siblings. He will be sadly missed by all the whanau. Govey will be lying at Wahiao Marae, Whakarewarewa. Nehu on Tuesday, October 20 at 11am. He will then be taken to Te Kapa o Te Rangiita ki Oruanui Marae, Taupo and laid to rest in The Whanau Urupa. FDANZ
