To my dearest Uncle Govan - I will forever cherish the memories of you and of our families growing up together in Rotorua. You teaching me to drive in the Hunter, the trips to Petone to work in the dairy, rolling down your back hill, listening to Supertramp in the weekends, so many precious and fun memories of you. You are one of a kind Uncle Govan, the best! I miss you but only need look above to see you and know you are there. I love you.

I was very sad to read in the paper that Govan has died. Unfortunately I will not be able to attend the funeral on Saturday but I send my deepest sympathy to the Hari family. He's the best plumber I've ever had to deal with and I will miss him. Regards, Shirley Chavasse.
