Glennis MCKEOWN Obituary

It was with great sadness that I learnt of the passing of Glennis. I'm especially thinking of her and of her family today, being her birthday. I would always ring Glennis on her birthday, and she never failed to ring me on mine, in all the years I've known her. So I'm wishing her a happy heavenly birthday today and sending much love and condolences to her family. I know how much her family meant to her and that they were her pride and joy.
Glennis was an important part of my family's life for four decades. She was one of the kindest, nicest people I've ever met. It was a great privilege to know her, and I hope she knew what a good influence she was on me, with her sensible, positive nature. She was a true Christian, and a humble shining example of her faith.

Thanks for sharing your mother and grandmother. Glennis was such a caring family member and carried on caring and checking up on her sister's family after Lenore's early demise. She became the wonderful aunt, great-aunt and caring angel to the Jackson family and will be missed so much. She set a standard of compassion for us all to follow. RIP Glennis.

Dear Glennis you will be singing in heaven with the angels. Very much loved by the members and friends of the Waitakere Ladies Choir. My condolences to the family at this sad time from Switzerland with family. Love Olga Saran.
